This article will guide you on how to book online in 3 easy steps your Bucharest airport transfer. This can be done from your desktop, laptop, mobile or tablet. You will need an internet connection and information regarding the transfer.

A new reservation form will appear. Let’s discuss all the information needed to complete this step.
Service type – First tab will allow you to select the transfer type: from or to the airport.
Pick-up date – this tab will open a calendar so you can select your traveling date.
Pick-up Time – If you travel from Bucharest please set the pick-up time at least 3 hours before your flight departure time. This way you will have enough time for the transfer and check in formalities. If you travel from Otopeni airport to Bucharest, you can set the pick-up time as your flight landing time.
We monitor all flights and your driver will wait 60 minutes after real landing time of your flight.
To select OTP – Henri Coanda International Airport in Otopeni you can type full name of the airport or OTP, Henri Coanda, Otopeni and the system will find the airport. Only airports can be selected here.
Please note that in order to calculate the price for your trip, the reservation system requires that you type the address in a specific format:
OK: Bulevardul Stefan cel Mare 34 Bucharest or Stefan cel Mare 34 Bucuresti or Stefan cel Mare 34
Wrong: Stefan cel Mare nr. 34 Bucuresti or Stefan cel Mare numarul 34 Bucuresti
The system will recognize any address in this format Street name & number and will point the option for each city with that street.
You can also type POI (Points of Interest) in Bucharest like hotels or institutions e.g. “Hilton Bucharest”
For “Hilton Bucharest” the system will give you all Hilton Hotels located in Bucharest.
Number of passengers – Select the total number of passengers including child or infant passengers.
Luggage count – Select the total number of luggage that you travel with. Please verify the luggage space available for each transfer type. If you travel with extra luggage please notify us in order to accommodate.
You can add Child seat to your reservation. Select the type of seat that you require and the number of child seats.
Now you are ready to go to the next step, selecting the vehicle.
In step 2 you will have the information from the first step and all the available transfer type.
Note that if you need to edit the information from step 1 you can click the Edit icon from the left side.
Details regarding the price components, vehicle types and luggage space are available for each transfer.
Select the transfer that will fit your needs.
After selecting the vehicle type you have two options:
If you have an account or if you want to create one, login here and all the information that you previously entered, personal information addresses or reservation, are stored here. If you will use our services for multiple times this is the best way to manage your reservations.
If you don’t want to create an account, you can continue as guest.
Enter your name, phone and email address. Please make sure that you enter country code of your phone number. It is preferred to enter your traveling mobile number in order to contact you.

We collect this data so we may send you trip updates or assist you with your reservation.
Email Address
We collect this data so we may send you trip updates and notifications.
Now you can add:
Additional Information– you can send us comments or special requests that you feel necessary for your trip.
Flight Information – in order to benefit from our Meet and Greet service it is necessary to provide your flight details. Your driver will be in the airport at the actual time of landing. We monitor all flights so you don’t have to worry for flight delays.
Return Service – If you need a roundtrip you can book the return transfer.
Promo Code – If you have a Promo Code you can use it here to get you discount.
Pricing – This is the price breakdown for your transfer.
Payment method – Select the preferred payment method card online / card to the driver / cash
Once you click the reservation button the system will automatically generate your reservation and send the confirmation request to your email. One of our colleagues will review your request and confirm the trip.
