What is the company’s working hours?

  • The working hours of Primus Trans office is from Monday to Friday from 08:00 – 20:00.
  • The chauffeur services, namely: airport transfer, Bucharest transfer, intercity transfer in Romania, as well as tours and trips are available 24/7.

What are the means of payment?

  • Payment of services can be cash or credit card to the driver via mobile POS, using secure online payment services or by bank transfer.
  • For the time being, we accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards for payments.

How do I book?

  • Any type of transfer can be booked by phone, e-mail or by using the online booking system.
  • If you find it difficult to complete the steps, please call us at +40 727 707 007.
  • Also, if the number of passengers you wish to transfer from or to the airport exceeds 8 people, you can write us an e-mail or call us to arrange the details of the transfer.

How early do I need to book?

  • The earlier the better; but you must take into account that at the time of your booking you must have the information concerning the date, time and location. If you book early, you will most certainly get a positive answer from us.

How do I meet the driver at the airport?

  • At Otopeni – “Henri Coanda” International Airport the driver will meet you as you exit the security area, on the left, next to Segafredo restaurant; he will be carrying a sign with your name/Logo displayed for recognition. All flights are monitored – in case your flight is delayed we will not charge any extra fee.

What should I do if I don’t meet the driver?

  • In case you do not meet the driver upon exiting the security area, please contact him on his mobile (contact information will be sent by email) or give us a call to put you in contact with the driver. Please note that, as you exit the security area, you can go right or left. Our meeting point is on the left side of the arrival terminal next to Segafredo restaurant.

How long will the driver wait for me to fulfill the customs formalities?

  • The driver will wait for you for 60 minutes from the moment the plane lands, and after that he will check with the airline operating your flight and with the customs officers to see if you are in the airport. If, following this procedure, there is no information about you, and if you don’t call us within 60 minutes from the time your plane landed, the driver shall declare default and leave the airport and you will be charged in full for the reservation. If, for any reason whatsoever, you believe that you will exceed the 60 minute waiting period, please inform us to notify the driver of your delay – extra charge for waiting time may apply.

Will the driver transfer me directly to the requested address?

  • Using our airport transfer service you benefit from a private transfer service and the driver will pick you up or drop you off at/to the requested address. There are situations when, due to objective reasons, such as the size of the vehicle, the access conditions, pedestrian streets, police restrictions or weather conditions, the access to the specified address is not possible. In this case you will be transferred to the closest access point to that address.

What does “additional stops” mean in transfers from the airport?

  • There are two situations: – if several people are picked up from Otopeni Airport and wish to be transferred to several locations in Bucharest or if two or several pick up points are set in Bucharest for people who are to be transferred to Otopeni Airport; for each additional stop a €5 fee will be charged.

What if I want to travel from Bucharest to Brasov for a business meeting and return the same day? Is it possible? How much will I pay?

  • According to the time of your meeting, we will recommend the pickup time. Once you have arrived in Brasov, the driver will wait for you until the end of your meeting and will take you back to Bucharest. The fee will consist of the price of a one way transfer to Brasov and the cost of the waiting time.

What if the plane is delayed?

  • If your plane is delayed, don’t worry. We are closely monitoring all flights in real time to make sure that the driver will wait for you at the airport, regardless of the hour of your arrival.

Can you organize the airport transfer of 60 people arriving with different flights on the same day?

  • Yes, we can provide transfers for large groups of people. In addition, we will assist you in organizing the transfers, grouping passengers per transfers, tracking delayed fights, all without any additional costs.
