  • The working schedule of Primus Trans office is from Monday to Firday from 08:00 – 20:00.

What are the means of payment?

  • Payment for the service can be done in cash the driver, bank card to the driver, using secure online payment service or bank transfer
  • For the moment, the payment accepted cards are VISA and MASTERCARD.

How can I make a booking?

  • All our services can be booked by phone, e-mail or using the online booking system.
  • If you have difficulty in completing the steps , please call us at +40 727 707 007.
  • Also, if you want to transfer more than 8 passengers, please contact us by email or by phone to arrange the transfer.

How much time in advance do I need for booking?

  • The earlier the better, but you must take into account that at time of booking you must have the information regarding the date, time and location. If you book early, you remove the possibility of negative answer.

How am I going to meet the driver at the airport?

  • The driver will meet you as you exit the security area, next to Segafredo restaurant, with your name/Logo displayed for recognition. All flights are monitored – in case your flight is delayed we will not charge any extra fee.

What should I do if I don’t meet the driver?

  • In case you do not meet the driver, please contact him on his mobile (contact information received by email) or contact us by phone to put you in contact with the driver. Please note that, as you exit the security area, you can take right or left. Our meeting point is on the left side of arrival terminal next to Segafredo restaurant.

How much time will the driver wait for me to fulfill the customs formalities?

  • The driver will wait for you to deplane and pick-up your luggage for 60 minutes. If for any reason you believe that you will overcome this period, please inform us to notify the Driver – extra charge for waiting time may apply. If you do not meet your Driver or call us within 60 minutes of your plane landing time we will consider you a “no-show” and you will be charged in full for the reservation.

Will the driver transfer me to the desired address?

  • By using our private transfer service, the driver will take you to the requested address. There are situations in which, due to objective reasons such as the size of the vehicle, the access conditions, pedestrian street, restrictions of the police or weather conditions, the access to the specified address is not possible. In this case you’ll be transferred to the closest access point of the address.

What does additional stop mean at the transfer from the airport?

  • There are two situations: –one transfer from Otopeni Airport to multiple locations in Bucharest or one transfer from multiple locations in Bucharest to Otopeni Airport; for each additional stop a 5 eur fee will be charged.

If I want to travel from Bucharest to Brasov for a business meeting and to return in the same day? Is it possible? What’s the price going to be?

  • According to the time of your meeting, we will recommend the pick up time. Once you’ve arrived in Brasov, the driver will wait for you till the end of your meeting and will take you back to Bucharest. The price will be as for a one way transfer to Brasov plus the price per hour for the waiting time.

If the plane is delayed?

  • We are closely observing the delayed flights, to make sure that the driver will greet you at the airport, regardless the hour of your arrival.

You can organize the airport transfer for 60 people arriving with different flight on the same day ?

  • We can provide transfers for large groups. Additionally we will assist you in organizing the transfers, grouping passengers, tracking flight delays, all without additional cost.
