Care sunt modalitatile de plata?
Plata serviciilor se poate face in numerar / cu cardul bancar soferului POS mobil, online sau prin transfer bancar.
Pentru moment cardurile acceptate la plata sunt VISA si MASTERCARD.
Cum pot face o rezervare?
Orice tip de transfer poate fi rezervat telefonic, prin e-mail sau utilizand sistemul de rezervari disponibil pe site.
Daca intampinati dificultati in completarea pasilor, va rugam sa ne apelati telefonic pentru suport.
Totodata, daca sunteti in situatia in care numarul de pasageri pentru transferul de la sau la aeroport este mai mare de 8 persoane, ne puteti scrie pe email sau apela telefonic pentru stabilirea detaliilor transportului.
Cu cat timp inainte trebuie sa fac o rezervare?
Cu cat mai devreme cu atat mai bine, dar trebuie sa tineti cont ca la momentul rezervarii trebuie sa aveti disponibile informatiile referitoare la data, ora si locatie. Rezervandu-va din timp o masina eliminati posibilitatea unui raspuns negativ din partea noastra.
Cum ma intalnesc cu soferul la aeroport?
La iesirea din zona de securitate, soferul va va astepta avand afisat la vedere numele Dumneavoastra pentru recunoastere. Pentru Aeroportul International Henri Coanda Otopeni punctul de reper este restaurantul Segafredo, dupa ce ati iesit din zona de securitate in partea stanga.
Ce trebuie sa fac daca nu ma intalnesc cu soferul?
In cazul in care la iesirea din zona de securitate nu va intalniti cu soferul va rugam sa-l contactati telefonic pe numarul de telefon transmis prin email. Daca nu reusiti sa-contactati va rugam sa ne contactati telefonic la +40 727 707 007 pentru a va pune in legatura cu soferul.
Cat timp ma va astepta soferul pentru a indeplini formalitatile din vama?
Soferul va va astepta 60 minute din momentul aterizarii avionului dupa care va verifica cu compania aeriana care opereaza zborul Dumneavoastra si cu oficialitatile vamale daca sunteti in aeroport. Daca dupa aceasta procedura nu exista informatii despre client atunci soferul va considera ca nu v-ati prezentat si va parasi aeroportul. Daca din orice motiv credeti ca veti depasi cele 60 minute de asteptare va rugam sa ne contactati pentru a anunta soferul despre intarziere.
Soferul ma va transfera direct la adresa dorita?
Utilizand serviciul de transfer aeroport beneficiati de un transfer privat in care soferul va va prelua sau lasa la adresa solicitata. Exista situatii in care din motive obiective cum ar fi dimensiunile autovehiculului, conditiile de acces, strazi pietonale, restrictii ale politiei sau conditii meteorologice sa nu fie posibil accesul la adresa specificata. In acest caz veti fi preluati sau lasati in cel mai apropiat punct de acces fata de adresa.
Ce inseamna opriri suplimentare la transferul de la aeroport?
Exista doua situatii: – daca de la aeroport sunt ridicate mai multe persoane care doresc sa fie transferate catre mai multe locatii In Bucuresti atunci pentru fiecare oprire sulimentara se va percepe o taxa, sau daca sunt stabilite doua sau mai multe puncte de unde vor fi ridicate persoane pentru acelasi transfer la aeroport se va percepe o taxa penru fiecare locatie suplimentara.
Daca doresc sa calatoresc din Bucuresti la Brasov pentru o intalnire de afaceri si sa ma intorc in aceeasi zi? Este posibil ? Cum voi fi tarifat?
In functie de ora la care aveti intalnirea va vom recomanda ora la care sa fiti ridicati. Odata ajunsi la locul intalnirii, soferul va va astepta pana ce veti termina intalnirea si va va aduce In Bucuresti. Tarifarea se va face pentru transferul Bucuresti-Brasov si separat pentru timpul de asteptare.
Daca avionul are intarziere?
In cazul in care avionul dumneavoastra are intarziere nu va ingrijorati. Urmarim toate zborurile in timp real pentru a ne asigura ca soferul va asteapta in aeroport indiferent de ora la care aterizati.
Puteti organiza transferul de la aeroport a 60 de persoane care vin cu zboruri diferite in aceeasi zi?
Da, putem asigura transferul unor grupuri mari de pasageri.Suplimentar va vom asista la organizarea transferurilor, gruparea invitatiilor pe transferuri, urmarirea zborurilor cu intarzieri, toate acestea fara un cost suplimentar.

Me and my family visited Bucharest for the first time and we didn’t no what to expect but to our surprise the generous people at Primus Trans made that transition very easy.
We toured Bucharest with their help in the best comfort including our little ones, which by the way felt that the Primus Trans child seats were better that the ones at home and to our surprise were free of charge.
We told many people about our sight seeing and they were surprised how little we paid for all the services we got.

I had to fly back to Bucharest with my daughter (who was 13) on Thursady and fly to Maldives via Dubai on Friday. I lost the flight to Bucharest and the only possibility I had was to get the Friday early morning flight back to Bucharest, to stay inside the airport (only 2 hours between the flights), somebody to bring me the luggage for Dubai and take my daughter back home . I asked my sister to make my luggage and Primus Trans to take the luggage from my sister, bring it to the airport and take my daughter back home and they made it. The driver was very kind and helpful. Without them, it would have been impossible to catch the flight for Dubai and consequently the one for Male (Maldives). I really like working with this people. Highly recommended company.
Me and my partner went to Romania recently for a Bucharest city break. We definitely wanted to visit Peles Castle, Braşov and Bran Castle but didn’t want to use public transport as we were short on time. I found Primus Trans and so glad we booked with them for this day trip! It was excellent value for money, and the service from the initial enquiry right through the end was great. They were punctual and spoke good English.
They were also safe drivers and the vehicles used were clean.
Cristian waited with us 15 minutes while our AirbNb owner was running late to make sure that we wouldn't be left destitute.

The driver picked me up from the airport on time and took me to my destination (close to Ploiesti) super-safely. despite relatively difficult driving conditions due to wintertime.
