• Primus Trans SRL is a chauffeur service company whose transfer services are listed on this website.
  • By placing a chauffeur service reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and expressly agree to the following terms and conditions mentioned in this website, and you are able to pay, confirm, modify or cancel the reservation.

Payment method

  • Payment for the service can be done in cash the driver, bank card to the driver, using secure online payment service or bank transfer.
  • When booking please specify payment method. If you wish to change the payment method, please notify us in time to be able to operate your request. Some transfers will require a credit card payment in order to secure your transfer.

Sending a reservation

  • To request a service you can fill the data in the online booking form, contact us by phone or e-mail. After transmission of the request, please check the accuracy of the information submitted and if you notice errors please let us know in the shortest time.
  • After completing the form and sending the request you will receive an email confirming that we received your request. This email is not the confirmation of booking. In a short time a company representative will review your request and accept or decline your reservation.
  • Once your request is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains your transport voucher. Please check the accuracy of data and if there are errors, please notify us.
  • After receiving your transportation voucher please confirm the booking.If we can not operate your transfer a cancelation email will be sent to your email address.
  • The information transmitted is subject to the current regulations regarding the use of personal data.

Cancellation & Change Policy

  • You can change your booking request at any time. If the requested change can be implemented, you will receive the new confirmation. If the requested change cannot be implemented, we will notify you by email so that you will confirm if the initial reservation remains valid or is canceled. If a change cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation less than 2 hours prior to pickup time you will be charged full fare for the trip.
  • If the requested change causes additional costs (e.g. changing the type of transfer to a higher class), the price change will be specified in the new reservation.
  • Cancellations are accepted by phone only. All cancellations must be received no less than 4 hours prior to pickup time. If you notify us in a timeframe less than 2 – 4 hours you will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the original fare. If you request a partial cancellation (e.g. cancellation of the return transfer from a round trip transfer) reimbursement will be calculated as the difference between the initial fare and the fare for the remaining trip.

Transfer services

  • The driver will make all reasonable efforts to arrive at the specified pickup location on time, but given the possibility of circumstances that are beyond our control including, but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays, or road closures the time is not guaranteed.
  • Transfer from the airport – The driver will meet you as you exit the security area with your name/Logo displayed for recognition. All flights are monitored – in case your flight is delayed we will not charge any extra fee. The driver will wait for you to deplane and pick-up your luggage for 60 minutes. If for any reason you believe that you will overcome this period, please inform us to notify the Driver – extra charge for waiting time may apply. If you do not meet your Driver or call us within 60 minutes of your plane landing time we will consider you a “no-show” and you will be charged in full for the reservation.
  • Transfer to the airport. – when setting the pickup time please keep in mind the duration of the transfer and the check-in desk closing time. We recommend you arrive at the airport at least two hours before your flight departure time. The driver will wait for you 15 minutes. If for any reason you believe that you will overcome this period, please inform us to notify the Driver – extra charge for waiting time may apply. If you do not meet your Driver or call us within 15 minutes we will consider you a “no-show”, the driver will leave the pickup location and you will be charged in full for the reservation.
  • Transfer between two locations. – Please verify carefully the address, date and time of departure. If you want to reach your destination at a certain time we can recommend the pickup time. The driver will wait for you 15 minutes. If for any reason you believe that you will overcome this period, please inform us to notify the Driver – extra charge for waiting time may apply. If you do not meet your Driver or call us within 15 minutes we will consider you a “no-show”, the driver will leave the pickup location and you will be charged in full for the reservation.
  • There are situations (pedestrian streets, roads closed, roads unsuitable for the vehicle gauge) when the car cannot reach the pickup or drop off location. In these cases, you will be picked up or dropped off in the nearest access point.
  • In case of child passenger please send a request for child car seat. In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the child seat is compulsory.

Luggage

  • Please check the luggage space available for each transfer type.
  • Prior notification is compulsory for luggage exceeding the luggage compartment.
  • We reserve the right to decline any luggage exceeding the trunk volume, for which no prior notification was made.

Conduct and complaints

  • We reserve the right to refuse to transfer any person who is intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or by conduct represents a danger to the driver or passengers. Alcohol consumption, drug use and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
