Terms and Conditions

  • Primus Trans SRL is a chauffeur service company whose transfer services are listed on this website.
  • By placing a chauffeur service reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and expressly agree to the following terms and conditions mentioned in this website, and you are able to pay, confirm, modify or cancel the reservation.

Payment method

  • Payment of services can be cash or credit card to the driver, using secure online payment services or by bank transfer.
  • When booking please specify the payment method you prefer. If you wish to change the payment method, please notify us in due time to be able to operate your request. Some transfers require credit card payment in order to be booked.

Sending a reservation

  • Our website contains presentations of the transfer / chauffeur services we provide. To request a service you must fill in all the data in the online booking form of the requested service, contact us by phone or e-mail. Please check the accuracy of the information you submitted and if you find any errors please let us know as soon as possible.
  • After you fill in the form and send the request you will receive a confirmation e-mail stating that we have received your request. Please note that this e-mail is not the booking confirmation. After we review your request and check if we can accept or decline your reservation, you will be contacted shortly by one of our company’s representatives by phone or e-mail.
  • Once your request is confirmed, you will receive the confirmation e-mail that contains your transport voucher. Please check the accuracy of data in the voucher and if you find any errors, please let us know.
  • After you receive your transport voucher, please confirm the booking. If, after we send you the voucher, we do not receive your booking confirmation, then we shall consider you cancelled your request. Also, if we cannot operate your transfer, a cancelation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address.
  • The information submitted in your booking form is subject to the regulations in force concerning the use of personal data.

Cancellation & Change Policy

  • You can change your booking request at any time. Please note that in order for the change to be effective it is mandatory that you receive our written acceptance of the changes. If the requested change can be performed, you will receive the new confirmation. If the requested change cannot be performed, we will notify you by e-mail so that you confirm if the initial reservation remains valid or you wish to cancel it. If the change you want is not possible and it results in a cancellation effective less than 2 hours prior to your pickup time, you will be charged full fare for the transfer.
  • If the requested change creates additional costs (e.g. changing the type of transfer to a superior class), the price change will be specified in the change acceptance e-mail.
  • Cancellations are accepted by phone only, at least 24 hours before the set transfer and shall only be effective after we confirm having received such a request. If you request a full cancellation of a reservation, the sums of money which have been paid shall be fully reimbursed. If you request a partial cancellation (e.g. cancellation of the return transfer from a round trip transfer) reimbursement will be calculated as the difference between the full fare and the fare for the already transfer performed. All cancellations must be received no less than 4 hours prior to pickup time. If you notify us in a timeframe less than 2 – 4 hours you will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the original fare.

Transfer services

  • The driver will undertake all reasonable efforts to arrive at the pickup location at the time specified in the voucher, but given the possibility of circumstances that are beyond our control including, but not limited to: floods, traffic congestion, closed roads, accidents, flight delays, delays due to extreme weather, strikes etc., the pickup time is not guaranteed.
  • Transfer from the airport – upon exiting the security area the driver will meet you with your name/Logo displayed for recognition. All flights are monitored – in case your flight is delayed we will not charge any extra fee. The driver will wait for you in the airport for 60 minutes from the moment the plane lands. If, for any reason whatsoever, you believe that you will exceed the 60 minute waiting period, please inform us to notify the driver of your delay – extra charge for waiting time may apply. If after 60 minutes you have not contacted the driver or us, we shall declare default. In this case you will be charged in full for the transfer.
  • Transfer to the airport – for transfers to the airport please consider the duration of the transfer and the check-in desk closing time when setting the pickup time. We recommend you arrive at the airport at least two hours before your flight departure time. The driver will wait for you for 15 minutes after the pickup time. If, for any reason whatsoever, you believe that you will exceed this period, please inform us so we can notify the driver – extra charges for waiting time may apply. If you do not meet your driver or call us within 15 minutes we will consider default, the driver will leave the pickup location and you will be charged in full for the reservation.
  • Transfer between two locations – for transfers between two locations, please make sure you carefully check the address, date and time of departure. If you want to reach your destination at a certain time we can recommend the pickup time. The driver will wait for you for 15 minutes after the pickup time. If for any reason whatsoever you believe that you will exceed this period, please inform us so we can notify the driver – extra charges for waiting time may apply. If you do not meet your driver or call us within 15 minutes we will consider default, the driver will leave the pickup location and you will be charged in full for the reservation.
  • There are situations (pedestrian streets, closed roads, roads unsuitable for the vehicle gauge) when the car cannot reach the pickup or drop off location. In these cases, you will be picked up or dropped off from/at the nearest access point.
  • If there are children or infant passengers, please make sure you request a child car seat. We can provide child car seats to the extent possible without additional charges. According to the regulations in force, child car seats are mandatory for children and infants road transportation.

Luggage

  • At the time of your booking, please check the luggage space available for each transfer type.
  • If your luggage exceeds this limit, please let us know at the time of your booking.
  • We reserve the right to decline transportation of any piece of luggage exceeding the trunk volume, for which we have no prior notification.
  • In this case you will pay the additional cost for another car that will carry your luggage.

Conduct and complaints

  • We reserve the right to refuse to transfer any person who is intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or who by conduct represents a danger to the driver or other passengers. Alcohol consumption, drug use and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
  • For any complaints please use the contact information listed on your voucher and we will address your issues as soon as possible. You can also contact us to provide support, should you require it.
  • The customer support service is available in Romanian and English.
